We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Manager to lead the residential team at our rental community in Victoria, BC. The ideal candidate is highly organized, service-oriented, and confident in establishing strong operational standards within an established environment. This role will play a key part in shaping the resident experience, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining the property to the highest standard.
