Responsibilities:Bridges direct patient care and healthcare administration. AS Program Manager / Care coordinator you assess patient needs develop care plans and manage facility operationssuch as scheduling budgets and staff supervisionwhile adhering to provincial nursing standards
Requirements:
(3) years Licensed Practical Nursing experience preferably within seniors care home environment including dementia/geriatrics
LPN with CLHA College of Licensed Practical Nurses and Health Care Aides
