Join Our Team as a Building Caretaker!
We are currently looking for a Building Caretaker for a 7-floor residential building (66 units) located near Deep Cove North Vancouver. The Building Caretaker is responsible for the daily operation maintenance cleanliness safety and overall upkeep of the building amenities and grounds ensuring a safe efficient and welcoming environment for residents.

Schedule: Monday to Thursday
Hours: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM (6 hours per day)
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Start date: July 6 2026
Preferred Experience Building Management: 1 year Janitorial Services: 1 year Handyman Services: 1 year
Location: Deep Cove North Vancouver.
