Role Description

This is a part‑time hybrid position for a Billing Representative based in Terrebonne, QC, with the flexibility to work from home occasionally. Responsibilities include understanding customer billing inquiries, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of documents. This position also involves making demos, customer onboarding, and collaborating with the team to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for succeeding in this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and ability to professionally address billing‑related inquiries
• Strong skills in Accounting and Account Reconciliation
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant billing or accounting software is an asset
• Bilingualism (French and English) is mandatory
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Previous experience in healthcare or financial domains is considered an asset
