Job description
Elevate quality standards as the Senior Director for UPS Healthcare's Quality Assurance in Canada. Oversee compliance with top-tier health regulations and initiatives. As the QA & RA Senior Director, you will guide the implementation of the Quality Management System at UPS Healthcare. Your role will involve leading teams, conducting audits, and improving overall quality compliance across facilities in Canada while partnering with the VP of Quality. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee QA Managers and ensure consistent QMS implementation • Communicate the quality management strategy effectively • Perform audits and manage quality issues • Track and analyze Quality KPIs for continuous improvements • Provide training on SOPs to staff and providers Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Minimum 7 years in Quality and Logistics Management • Strong knowledge of Health Canada and GMP compliance • 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology field • Willingness to travel up to 25% Lead quality initiatives at UPS Healthcare and impact patient care positively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
