About Kathairos Solutions
Kathairos Solutions is a leading clean tech company serving the Alberta oilfield sector with innovative, emission-reducing solutions. We are searching for a Class 1 Truck Driver for local nitrogen delivery to oil and gas lease pad sites around Grand Prairie, AB. This is a 6 Month Temporary Full-Time position with strong potential to convert to permanent full-time based on operational needs and performance. If you are an experienced Class 1 driver looking for consistent hours, competitive pay, and a mission-driven team, this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport liquid nitrogen to oilfield locations across Alberta and British Columbia
- Load and deliver microbulk nitrogen tanks.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Accurately complete driver logs and delivery paperwork
- Follow all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols.
- Support new driver onboarding and training.
What you’ll need
- Valid Class 1 CDL / Commercial Driver’s License
- Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
- First Aid, CSO, and H2S Alive certifications
- Clean driving record (max 1 citation, 0 at-fault accidents in past 3 years)
- Experience with off-road oilfield driving in Grand Prairie and the surrounding area.
- Able to pass pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and criminal record check.
- Effective communication skills and team-oriented mindset
- Cryogenic experience is an asset (training provided)
What we offer
- Hourly rate starting at $40/hour depending on experience + overtime pay.
- Guaranteed 80 hours bi-weekly.
- Home daily with occasional overnight travel (typically 1–3 nights per month)
