Job description

Position Overview: We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work remotely, learn from the
best in our company, and receive mentorship from our executive leadership team. As we
continue to experience significant growth, we are looking to bring in individuals who are eager
to learn, grow, and be mentored into leadership positions within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn from and be mentored by our executive leadership team, gaining invaluable insights and guidance to develop your leadership skills.
  • Assist in the growth and expansion of our client base, contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization.
  • Uphold the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a virtual work environment.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and develop into a leadership role within the company.

  • Please Note this is a position that requires you to be Life Licensed. If you are not licensed, we do offer a course through the company at a discounted rate. This is a work from home, commission plus bonus position. As a performance-based job, it gives you the opportunity to make as much as you care to work for.

    (Note: position is remote, but candidate must reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON , NL provinces or CA, WA or VA. States, for licensing reasons.
