We've been witnessing phenomenal growth, and to keep up with the demand, we are doubling down on our efforts by building a world-class team.

The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated event specialist to join our North American marketing team, and work on effective event engagements and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a data-driven approach and will need to get hands-on to accomplish tasks.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work with sales teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and post-event engagement through targeted follow-up campaigns.
  • Measure event success using KPIs such as attendance rates, engagement, lead conversion, and ROI analysis.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness while maintaining high-quality experiences.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor events to enhance our event strategy.

Basic qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in event planning and execution, preferably in B2B software or tech industries.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.

  • Ability to analyze event performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills for vendor and partner collaborations.
  • Familiarity with event management tools (e.g., Zoho Backstage, Cvent, Eventbrite, HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person events as needed (~30%).

  • Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
  • The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
