Job description


LFG Construction, l'un des plus grands constructeurs du Québec, recherche un(e) chargé(e) de projets pour rejoindre notre équipe de la division bâtiment! Le poste est situé à nos bureaux de Québec ou de Sept-Iles selon la préférence du candidat.

Principaux rôles du Chargé(e) de Projets Principal


  • Planifier, organiser et superviser les projets de construction du début à la fin, en assurant le respect des budgets et des échéanciers;

  • Coordonner les équipes et les sous-traitants pour garantir la qualité et la conformité des travaux;

  • Maintenir une communication constante avec les clients pour s'assurer que leurs besoins et attentes sont satisfaits;

  • Gérer les documents de projet, y compris les plans, devis et rapports d'avancement;

  • Identifier et résoudre rapidement les problèmes ou les défis qui surviennent durant le projet;

  • Assurer la sécurité sur le chantier en veillant au respect des normes et des réglementations en vigueur.

Profil recherché


  • Baccalauréat en ingénierie, en architecture, en gestion de la construction ou un domaine connexe;

  • Expérience significative en gestion de projets de construction de bâtiments au Québec (plus de 5 ans);

  • Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps;

  • Capacité à conduire des négociations efficaces et à prendre des décisions sous pression;

  • Connaissance des logiciels de gestion de projet (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.);

  • Toute combinaison d'expérience et de formation pertinente sera considérée.

  • Leadership naturel et capacité à inspirer une équipe en chantier;

  • Compétences en communication orale et écrite;

  • Sens de l'analyse et de la résolution de problèmes;

  • Autonomie, rigueur et proactivité dans la gestion des tâches;

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec divers intervenants.
