Working closely with media buyers, editors, designers, and growth leaders, you'll develop, test, and scale creative that drives profitable growth. • Own creative strategy for paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels to drive profitable growth
• Develop creative concepts, hooks, angles, and messaging frameworks rooted in customer psychology and performance data
• Build and maintain creative testing roadmaps that identify what to test, why it matters, and how winners scale
• Translate performance insights into actionable creative direction by analyzing CPA, CTR, hook rate, and hold rate metrics
• Establish internal creative systems including briefs, naming conventions, testing frameworks, and documentation to support scalable growth
