Opportunity – Carpentry Skilled Maintenance Technician
At Pier 4 our portfolio of multi-family real estate assets is growing and as a result we are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with Carpentry skills to join our team in, Kitchener/Cambridge/Guelph Ontario. We are looking for people who want to be part of our exciting journey and are truly engaged in being an advocate of and executing, best-in-class property renovation and maintenance.

The Maintenance Technician with carpentry skills reports to the Maintenance Team Lead and is accountable for preserving the condition of the properties. Requires you to renovate units, constructing, installing, repairing, and maintaining structures and fixtures made of all materials (wood/steel/plaster etc..). trouble shoot, repair, install and apply preventative maintenance techniques.
