Description du poste

En tant que chargé de projet passionné par l’ingénierie, vous serez responsable de mener à bien des projets industriels variés, allant de la conception d’équipements sur mesure à l’optimisation de procédés ou à l’intégration de nouvelles technologies.

Vous assurerez la planification, la coordination et le suivi de projets multidisciplinaires, tout en mettant à profit votre expertise technique pour contribuer activement à la conception mécanique. Ce poste vous place au cœur des projets, entre gestion stratégique et expertise technique, dans un environnement propice à l’innovation et à l’ingéniosité.

  • Identifier les besoins des projets (techniques, économiques, SST, environnementaux) et en évaluer la faisabilité.
  • Préparer les dossiers d’ingénierie : dessins, croquis, devis, appels d’offres.
  • Coordonner l’ensemble du cycle de projets mécaniques : conception, fabrication, installation, mise en service.
  • Participer à la conception mécanique et à la production de dessins techniques.
  • Planifier et suivre les budgets, les échéanciers (Gantt) et les ressources.
  • Concevoir des plans d’aménagement d’usine et proposer des solutions d’optimisation.
  • Déterminer et faire respecter les normes de conception applicables.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes multidisciplinaires dans des projets d’amélioration continue.
  • Assurer une communication efficace entre tous les intervenants pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Rester à l’affût des meilleures pratiques et technologies du secteur.
  • Offrir un soutien technique à l’usine pour maximiser l’efficacité des équipements.

Qualifications

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

  • Curiosité technologique et intérêt marqué pour l’innovation durable.
  • Solide expertise en mécanique, avec des connaissances en électricité et automatisation.
  • Esprit analytique et orienté vers la résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément dans le respect des échéanciers.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, professionnalisme et sens de l’organisation.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Esprit d’équipe, ouverture d’esprit et capacité d’adaptation.
  • Conscience des enjeux liés à la sécurité, à l’ergonomie, à la performance, aux coûts et aux impacts environnementaux et énergétiques
  • Faire preuve de leadership positif et de solides habiletés interpersonnelles.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique
  • Membre en règle de l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ).
  • Un diplôme technique en génie mécanique (DEC) (atout).
  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en conception mécanique et/ou en gestion de projets.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels de conception tels que SolidWorks et AutoCAD.
  • Bilinguisme fonctionnel (français et anglais, parlé et écrit) (pour être en mesure de communiquer avec l'équipe d'ingénierie mondiale ou des fournisseurs internationaux) .
