Job description

About YOU

You are a compassionate, skilled, and client-centered mental health professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work or an equivalent field, and are registered or eligible for registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers or the College of Registered Psychotherapists. You bring at least three years of direct clinical experience working with children, youth, and families using a range of therapeutic modalities, including individual, family, and group therapy. You have experience supporting individuals with complex needs and dual diagnoses, such as ASD or FASD, and are confident in applying a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based approach to care.

Your practice is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, and you're comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in interdisciplinary settings. You have strong communication, case management, and organizational skills, and are adept at navigating community systems to advocate effectively for clients. You’re flexible, responsive, and committed to meeting families where they are—whether in their homes, schools, or other community spaces. You're technologically proficient, familiar with virtual care environments, and possess a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.

Above all, you are passionate about supporting children and families through intensive, meaningful interventions that promote resilience, safety, and long-term wellbeing.
