Chargé(e) de projets Construction Modulaire

Tanné des retards de chantier et des dépassements de coûts ?

Tu veux gérer des projets où les échéanciers sont respectés, où les budgets sont sous contrôle, et où chaque étape est optimisée ? Avec la construction modulaire, finis les imprévus qui ralentissent les chantiers. Chaque module est fabriqué en usine dans un environnement contrôlé, garantissant une exécution rapide, efficace et de qualité supérieure.

Ton rôle

  • Planifier, coordonner et gérer l'ensemble des projets de construction modulaire
  • Assurer la gestion des ressources : main-d'œuvre, matériaux, sous-traitance et équipements
  • Suivre les échéanciers et budgets pour garantir le respect des objectifs
  • Collaborer avec les équipes juridiques et commerciales pour la préparation et la négociation des contrats
  • Assurer une communication efficace avec toutes les parties prenantes (clients, fournisseurs, équipe interne)
  • Veiller au respect des normes de construction, des codes du bâtiment et des règles SST

Ton profil

  • DEC ou BAC en architecture, génie du bâtiment, génie civil ou toute autre formation pertinente
  • 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets de construction
  • Excellente maîtrise de la gestion des échéanciers, budgets et coordination de projets
  • Bonne compréhension des normes de construction, codes du bâtiment et processus de fabrication
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et dessin technique (MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Fort leadership, sens de l'organisation et capacité à résoudre des problèmes
  • Expérience en construction modulaire (un atout)
