Job description

Le
Superviseur Maintenance Monteur Caténairiste est responsable de la maintenance
et de l’entretien de la ligne aérienne de contact, sur l’ensemble du réseau
REM. Il est responsable de la gestion de son équipe. Cette équipe a la
mission de maintenir ces systèmes avec les plus hauts standards de qualité, et
ce en toute sécurité.

Vos principales responsabilités
  • Faire respecter l’ensemble
    des politiques, procédures et règles en matière de santé et sécurité du travail
    et de méthodes de travail
  • S’assurer de la
    continuité de création des procédures de maintenance en intégrant les requis
    sante sécurité;
  • Assurer la
    préparation et l’optimisation de plans de maintenance selon les besoins du
    projet (stratégie d’entretien);
  • Diriger,
    motiver et développer les membres de l’équipe;
  • Travailler
    en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble du Groupe et en particulier avec ses
    homologues du département Maintenance Infrastructure Ferroviaire;
  • Utiliser
    la GMAO du Groupe (Maximo IBM) et recueillir les informations de ses agents : saisie d’heure, rapport d’interventions, etc.;
  • Participer à la création et
    l’élaboration de nouveaux outils de gestion (rapports, etc…);
  • Élaborer, mettre en place et
    confirmer les différentes options de protection électrique en respect de la
    législation, politiques et procédures vigueur;
  • Remplacer le gestionnaire
    sur différents mandats en cas d’absence de ce dernier;
  • Vision globale
    des responsabilités de l’équipe, de l’environnement afin d’exercer une prise de
    décision éclairée;
  • Suivre les projets liés au domaine de la
    caténaire, au besoin;
  • Réaliser des réunions d’équipe,
    entretiens annuels, visite terrain (jour/nuit).

Profil

  • Connaissances
    en gestion d’équipe;
  • Leadership
    collaboratif assumé;
  • Connaissance
    des outils informatiques Office 36;
  • Expérience
    minimale de 7 ans en environnement caténaire;
  • ASP Construction un
    atout;
  • Permis de
    conduire valide au Québec;
  • Facilité à
    partager des compétences / informations avec des collègues;
  • Attentif aux
    détails. Capable de produire de façon cohérente des informations factuelles et
    détaillées;
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour
    les communications interpersonnelles et pour le travail d’équipe;
  • Rigueur et souci du détail;
  • Esprit dynamique,
    proactif et autonome.
