Notre client, un leader dans le secteur CVAC au Québec dans les industries commerciales et industrielles, incluant l'agroalimentaire, est à la recherche d'un Chargé des relations clientèles et estimation en HVAC pour la région du Grand Montréal pour rejoindre son équipe. Ce poste est idéal pour un professionnel ayant une expérience en conception de systèmes CVAC et de réfrigération, souhaitant s'orienter vers l'estimation et la gestion de clients.
Le titulaire du poste sera responsable de la gestion des relations clients et de l'apport de solutions HVAC pour des projets clés en main, principalement dans le secteur industriel, incluant l'agroalimentaire.
Responsabilités :
Gérer et développer les relations avec les clients industriels, en particulier dans l'agroalimentaire.
Analyser les besoins des clients et proposer des solutions techniques en HVAC et réfrigération.
Réaliser les estimations de projets, incluant le calcul des coûts et la préparation des soumissions.
Collaborer avec les équipes internes (ingénierie, installation, service) pour assurer la faisabilité des solutions proposées.
Suivre les tendances du marché et les innovations technologiques en HVAC et réfrigération.
Profil recherché :
Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en conception de systèmes CVAC et de réfrigération.
Bonne connaissance des systèmes de réfrigération appliqués au secteur industriel.
Excellentes compétences relationnelles et capacité à conseiller les clients.
Expérience en estimation de projets et préparation de soumissions (un atout).
Bilinguisme français/anglais souhaité.
