The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for managing customer relationships preparing quotations processing orders supporting strategic accounts and working with clients regarding the return process. Working closely with both the Outside Sales Representative and Sales Management Team this position serves as a key point of contact with customers and plays a critical role in supporting revenue growth.
