Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time highly organized and proactive Onsite Coordinator to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Milton, ON. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, supporting workforce management, and maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

  • Pay Rate: $50,000 - $60,000/annually (based on experience)
  • Location: Milton, ON
  • Shift: 5 days per week
  • Job type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for onsite staff and management.
  • Coordinate daily workforce scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee hours, performance, and incident reports.
  • Liaise between the facility management and external vendors or contractors.
  • Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management tools.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations is an asset.
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
