Your Impact:
As a Talent Partner at Deliverect, you will play a crucial role in scaling our rapidly growing B2B SaaS company by attracting and securing top talent for both commercial and technical roles globally. You will drive the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, and enhance our recruitment strategies through data-driven insights. This role offers significant growth opportunities as Deliverect continues to expand, allowing you to develop your expertise in talent acquisition and contribute directly to our global success.
*This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 2-3 days in our Toronto office and the remainder from the comfort of your home.

What you will do:

    • Directly impact Deliverect’s growth by securing top talent, improving time-to-fill, and enhancing the candidate experience through a seamless end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth candidate experience from start to finish.
    • Proactively source high-caliber candidates through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking events. Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline aligned with Deliverect’s growth needs.
    • Work closely with hiring managers, People Operations, and Learning & Development teams to align recruitment strategies with business objectives. Regularly communicate with these stakeholders to refine job descriptions, interview processes, and candidate assessments. This requires strong communication and persuasion skills to ensure alignment across departments.
    • Utilize hiring tools like Lever, Linkedin Recruiter, and Bryq to track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and generate insights to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment processes through data-driven decision-making.
    • Lead initiatives to enhance Deliverect’s employer brand, including developing content for job postings, creating sourcing strategies, and participating in industry events to attract top talent.
    • Continuously improve recruitment processes by documenting best practices, creating tutorials for hiring managers, and implementing AI-compliant recruitment tools and templates.

What you will Bring:

    • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS environments and global recruitment. For this role, experience hiring US Based commercial roles is essential.
    • Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms like Lever, with the ability to optimize these tools for efficiency.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume, and fast paced hiring.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience creating and delivering training materials, guidelines, and reports.
    • Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment data, generate insights, and implement strategies for improvement. This involves providing solutions to new problems and improving the value of Deliverect's offerings.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
    • Nice to have: An understanding of the restaurant technology landscape, including POS systems, online ordering platforms, and delivery services.
    • Nice to have:Familiarity with technical recruiting, particularly in software development, cloud technologies, and other relevant technical areas, allowing you to effectively assess candidate qualifications.
    • Nice to have: Fluency in French or Spanish.
