Tu seras au cœur de la stratégie financière de l’organisation. Tu superviseras les opérations comptables, assureras la conformité financière, et seras un pilier dans l’amélioration continue des processus. Dans un environnement dynamique, en transformation, ton expertise fera toute la différence.
Produire et analyser les états financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels
Assurer la conformité aux exigences fiscales et aux normes comptables
Élaborer les budgets, gérer les flux de trésorerie et superviser les prévisions financières
Renforcer et faire respecter les contrôles internes
Encadrer l’équipe comptable et veiller à leur développement
Participer activement aux audits externes et internes
Soutenir les autres départements dans la gestion financière de leurs projets
Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus financiers et à l’automatisation
Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance ou administration
CPA (obligatoire)
Minimum 5 ans d’expérience pertinente, incluant de l’expérience en gestion
À l’aise dans un contexte en évolution rapide ou en transformation
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et parlé)
Maîtrise des normes comptables canadiennes (ASPE ou IFRS)
Connaissance de Sage ou autre ERP (atout)
Poste permanent basé à Québec, avec mode hybride
