Gestionnaire de produit – Données




Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un(e) gestionnaire de produit – données pour se joindre à notre équipe. Ce rôle est responsable de la stratégie, de la feuille de route et de la livraison d’une plateforme de données moderne basée sur AWS, qui soutient les rapports financiers internes, les analyses POS dans le secteur de l’hôtellerie ainsi que les données liées aux paiements à l’échelle de l’organisation.La plateforme dessert à la fois des utilisateurs internes et est également externalisée afin de soutenir des produits et expériences de données destinés au x clients.




Ce poste combine une responsabilité complète du produit de données avec une collaboration technique étroite, afin d’assurer que les parties prenantes disposent de données fiables, bien gouvernées et exploitables pour la prise de décision.




Responsabilités



  • Définir et faire évoluer la vision, la stratégie et la feuille de route de la plateforme de données d’entreprise (lacs/entrepôts de données, services de données partagés, fondations IA/ML).

  • Traduire les besoins d’affaires et analytiques en capacités de plateforme (partage de données, gouvernance, intégration, libre-service) et prioriser le carnet de produits.

  • Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie, d’architecture et de science des données pour concevoir et livrer des fonctionnalités évolutives (ingestion, transformation, catalogage, contrôle d’accès, API).

  • Favoriser l’adoption et la satisfaction des utilisateurs internes en recueillant les commentaires et en mesurant la valeur et l’impact.

  • Coordonner les lancements interfonctionnels et assurer la préparation opérationnelle (documentation, formation, support), tout en gérant le cycle de vie complet du produit.

  • Promouvoir la préparation à l’IA en veillant à ce que les pipelines de données, les feature stores et les cadres de gouvernance soutiennent les modèles ML.

  • Soutenir l’externalisation des produits de données (API, flux de données, expériences libre-service).

  • Collaborer avec les unités d’affaires et les parties prenantes pour aligner les priorités et livrer de la valeur.

  • Définir et piloter les stratégies de livraison (portée, jalons, séquencement, critères de succès).



Compétences en IA



  • Expérience avec les flux de travail IA/ML (entraînement, feature engineering, MLOps).

  • Capacité à gérer des produits de données adaptés à l’IA (datasets annotés, feature stores, embeddings).

  • Connaissance des LLM, du prompt engineering et des architectures RAG.

  • Compréhension de la gouvernance de l’IA (explicabilité, biais, dérive des données).

  • Expérience en intégration d’analytique IA ou d’IA générative.

  • Capacité à évaluer des plateformes IA/ML (SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Databricks ML).

  • Excellente littératie des données.




Expérience



  • Expérience avec des plateformes cloud et données (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Connaissance de la gouvernance des données, métadonnées, lignage et intégration.

  • Solides compétences en gestion de produit.




Qualifications techniques



  • Diplôme en informatique, génie, systèmes d’information ou expérience équivalente.

  • Maîtrise des technologies de données et des pratiques modernes (DataOps, MLOps).

  • Capacité à travailler étroitement avec des équipes techniques.




Qualifications



  • 5 à 9+ années d’expérience pertinente.

  • Expérience avec des produits IA/ML ou analytiques (un atout).

  • Expérience en environnement interfonctionnel.

  • Excellentes compétences en priorisation et exécution.

  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication.

  • Esprit collaboratif et orienté résultats.

Data Product Manager


We are currently seeking a Data Product Manager to join our team. This role leads the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of a modern AWS-based data platform that powers internal financial reporting, hospitality POS analytics, and payments insights across the organization. The platform serves both internal users and is also externalized to support customer-facing data products and experiences.




This position combines end-to-end data product ownership with deep technical collaboration, ensuring stakeholders have access to trusted, well-governed data to support decision-making.




Responsibilities



  • Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the enterprise data platform (data lake/warehouse, shared data services, AI/ML data foundations).

  • Translate business and analytics needs into platform capabilities (data sharing, governance, integration, self-service) and prioritize the product backlog accordingly.

  • Partner with engineering, architecture, and data science teams to design and deliver scalable platform features (ingestion, transformation, cataloging, access control, APIs) using modern data technologies.

  • Drive adoption and internal customer satisfaction by gathering feedback, iterating on capabilities, and measuring platform value and impact.

  • Coordinate cross-functional launches, ensure operational readiness (documentation, training, support), and oversee the full product lifecycle from concept to deprecation.

  • Champion AI readiness across the platform, ensuring pipelines, feature stores, and governance frameworks support ML model development, deployment, and monitoring.

  • Support the externalization of data products and platform capabilities to customers, including defining APIs, data feeds, and self-service experiences.

  • Collaborate across business units and stakeholders to align priorities, resolve dependencies, and deliver measurable value.

  • Own end-to-end delivery strategies, including scope, milestones, sequencing, and success criteria, while coordinating execution across squads.




AI Skills & Competencies



  • Experience with AI/ML workflows (training pipelines, feature engineering, model serving, MLOps).

  • Ability to define and manage AI-ready data products (labeled datasets, feature stores, embeddings, vector databases).

  • Familiarity with LLM applications, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures.

  • Understanding of AI governance (explainability, bias detection, data drift, responsible AI).

  • Experience integrating AI-driven analytics or generative AI into data products.

  • Ability to evaluate AI/ML platforms (e.g., SageMaker, Azure ML, Vertex AI, Databricks ML).

  • Strong data literacy across the full data lifecycle.




Experience



  • Hands-on experience with cloud and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata, lineage, and integration frameworks.

  • Strong product management fundamentals (roadmapping, backlog management, stakeholder alignment, metrics-driven decisions).





Technical Qualifications



  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

  • Deep knowledge of data platforms, AWS ecosystem, and modern data/AI practices (DataOps, MLOps).

  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineers and data scientists.




Qualifications



  • 5–9+ years of experience in product management or data platform implementation.

  • Experience with AI/ML or data-intensive products preferred.

  • Proven track record managing data platforms or technical products.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and delivering at scale.

  • Strong prioritization and execution skills in agile environments.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder influence.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to drive clarity and momentum.

  • Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and its business alignment.
