Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is seeking a Rental Administrator to join our team in Regina, SK. The Rental Administrator will be responsible for the administration and financial processing of equipment rental operations, ensuring the accurate and timely management of rental transactions throughout the rental lifecycle.

What You Will Be Responsible For
- Process weekly and monthly rental invoicing for all divisions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Calculate, process, and invoice monthly over hour charges.
- Prepare, maintain, and organize rental files and supporting documentation.
- Update and maintain equipment records within the accounting system, ensuring rental data is accurate and current.
- Register and discharge equipment liens through the Provincial PPSA portals.
- Manage electronic rental start and stop transactions within manufacturers portals.
- Maintain and update the rental database using Microsoft Access.
- Perform month-end rental balancing, reconciliations, and reporting activities.
- Support continuous process improvement by ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with branch personnel to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely rental processing
