We’re hiring this role on behalf of a fast-growing direct-to-consumer haircare brand that takes site experience seriously and wants a dedicated owner for conversion and on-site performance.
This is a hands-on Ecommerce Manager role focused on the site itself: UX, CRO, merchandising, and performance. You’ll run the storefront like a product owner, using data to find conversion leaks, prioritize improvements, and ship changes quickly using existing assets. This is not a marketing manager position, but you’ll partner closely with marketing and creative to align campaigns with a high-converting on-site experience. If you like ownership, testing, and practical execution that shows up in revenue, this role will feel rewarding.
