What you'll need
Mandatory Requirements
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or PRINCE2 Practitioner certification
Degree, diploma, or certificate in business analysis
Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
Valid ITIL Information Technology Service Management certification
Experience
10 years’ experience performing business and systems analysis tasks supporting information system implementation projects and process mapping activities
10 years’ experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders and implementing systems in a healthcare setting
7 years’ experience implementing or upgrading the Allscripts or Altera suite of applications in a clinical environment including gathering technical and configuration requirements from clinical stakeholders
3 years’ experience directly configuring hospital EPR (Electronic Patient Record) applications including Admission Discharge Transfer (ADT) and Clinical Documentation modules
5 years’ experience in a project team lead role directing and planning the work of a team of analysts in healthcare information systems projects
