Sous la supervision du Directeur – Stratégie et efficacité organisationnelle, le programmeur 1C sera responsable de concevoir, améliorer et maintenir notre système ERP 1C afin de répondre aux besoins évolutifs de l’entreprise. Il participera activement à l’intégration de nouvelles fonctionnalités, à la réalisation de tests rigoureux, et à l’optimisation des processus d’affaires. Il sera également chargé de rédiger la documentation technique pertinente et d’offrir un support technique aux utilisateurs, en veillant à la qualité, la sécurité et l’efficacité des solutions mises en place.








Principales responsabilités:




  • Développer, maintenir et améliorer notre système ERP 1C, en intégrant des fonctionnalités sur mesure pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de l’entreprise;

  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour recueillir les besoins, proposer des solutions techniques et en assurer l’implémentation;

  • Assurer l’intégration de 1C avec d’autres systèmes d’information utilisés par l’entreprise (ex. : plateformes de signature numérique, portail client, etc.);

  • Effectuer des tests rigoureux et des contrôles de qualité pour garantir la fiabilité, la sécurité et l'efficacité des systèmes développés;

  • Rédiger de la documentation technique et offrir un support technique aux utilisateurs;

  • Participer à l’optimisation des processus d’affaires en tirant profit des fonctionnalités offertes par 1C.







Profil recherché:




  • Diplôme en informatique, génie logiciel ou dans un domaine connexe;

  • Expérience pratique avec 1C : Entreprise (idéalement version 8.3.24+);

  • Solides compétences en programmation (Langage 1C, SQL, etc.);

  • Maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);

  • Capacité à comprendre les processus d’affaires et à les traduire en solutions techniques;

  • Bonne communication écrite et orale en français (la connaissance de l’anglais est un atout);

  • Expérience dans l’intégration de 1C avec d’autres systèmes via API (un atout);

  • Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à travailler efficacement avec un minimum de supervision,

  • Respect de l’éthique et de la confidentialité des données.

Job Summary:








Under the supervision of the Director – Strategy and Organizational Efficiency, the 1C programmer will be responsible for designing, improving, and maintaining our ERP 1C system to meet the evolving needs of the business. The role involves actively participating in the integration of new features, performing rigorous testing, and optimizing business processes. The programmer will also be tasked with writing relevant technical documentation and providing technical support to users, ensuring the quality, security, and efficiency of the solutions implemented.








Main Responsibilities:



  • Develop, maintain, and enhance our ERP 1C system, integrating custom features to meet the company’s specific needs;

  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and implement them;

  • Ensure the integration of 1C with other information systems used by the company (e.g., digital signature platforms, customer portal, etc.);

  • Conduct rigorous testing and quality checks to ensure the reliability, security, and effectiveness of developed systems;

  • Write technical documentation and provide technical support to users;

  • Participate in optimizing business processes by leveraging the features offered by 1C.







Desired Profile:



  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;

  • Practical experience with 1C: Enterprise (preferably version 8.3.24+);

  • Strong programming skills (1C language, SQL, etc.);

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.);

  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them into technical solutions;

  • Good written and oral communication skills in French (knowledge of English is an asset);

  • Experience in integrating 1C with other systems via API (a plus);

  • Autonomy, rigor, and the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision;

  • Adherence to ethical standards and data confidentiality.
