This role is essential in maintaining smooth office operations providing excellent customer service and supporting administrative functions across various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills clerical experience and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A day in the Life
  • Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service standards
  • Assist with depositing cheques
  • Track contracts and order Insurance documents
  • Assist with onboarding new employees
  • Support office activities team events and workplace organization
  • Book travel for field crews
  • Track and upload safety documents
  • Help with basic finance administration such as coding receipts invoicing and supporting internal AR accounting
