You will be greeting seating and serving our guests in a friendly and courteous manner. You will help by taking and delivering food and beverage orders anticipating the needs of our guests suggesting our meal items receiving payments and assisting other staff as needed. Our goal is to provide total guest team is made of committed caring and energetic individuals who make every Dennys location the great and diverse place it Youll Do You will create a welcoming and quality experience for our guests You will ensure accurate and efficient serviceYou will develop strong product and menu knowledge You will help Dennys achieve our mission by adhering to Dennys Brand Standards and internal policies and proceduresYou will perform other duties as required or assignedYoull must be able to work late nightsWho You AreYou are an effective communicator in English both orally and in writingYou are a team player collaborative and attentiveYou can work a flexible schedule including holidays nights and weekendsYou have excellent guest service and people skillsYou are self-motivated organized and able to multitask effectivelyYou have basic math skills (e.g. add subtract multiply and divide)You can lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 lbsYou can stand and walk throughout a 4 to 8 hour shiftYou must be able to legally work in Canada (as a citizen resident or holding other current and valid work permit)SUMMATION:Submission of resume does not guarantee an interview or an actual transfer.
