Electronics Assembly Technician to support precision assembly and repair of electronic components and assemblies. This role involves circuit board assembly, soldering, wiring, and rework activities while ensuring high quality and adherence to technical specifications.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on soldering experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
- Pay Rate: $21.00 - $23.00/hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities: - Perform component assembly of circuit boards, wiring harnesses, connectors, and chassis wiring assemblies
- Mount and solder electronic components and mechanical assemblies
- Conduct rework and repair of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) following instructions, ECOs, and process deviations
- Support engineering projects and production initiatives as required
- Ensure work meets quality standards and technical specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years of hand soldering experience or related experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure
- Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Ability to adapt and shift focus between tasks as required
- Basic computer skills and manual dexterity for equipment use
- Production or manufacturing environment
- Work may require fine motor skills and manual dexterity
- Ability to lift or move items up to 10 lbs
- Overtime may be required based on production needs
- Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
