Job description
Lead childcare excellence as an Assistant Director at Kepler Academy's College Plaza location. This role focuses on operations, staff management, and fostering child-led learning environments. Kepler Academy, Edmonton's largest childcare provider, seeks an Assistant Director with leadership experience. This position requires strong skills in coaching, communication, and an understanding of childcare regulations. Collaborate with the Centre Director to ensure the highest quality standards while creating a supportive and positive workplace. Key Responsibilities: • Manage daily childcare center operations effectively • Provide oversight and support to center staff • Coach, mentor, and develop employees through onboarding • Ensure compliance with Kepler Academy operational standards • Maintain consistent communication with families and community partners Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of early childhood experience • Previous management experience is an asset • Child Development Supervisor Certificate or equivalent • Strong organization and communication skills • Standard First Aid certification and criminal record check Utilize your leadership skills to enhance child development and create an exceptional environment at Kepler Academy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
