On-site role - Working Hours/location:
- Standard Hours of work are 8:15 to 4:30 with a 1 hour lunch break Alberta time, Monday through Friday excluding holidays observed by the Province.

Description: This is a unique role, that requires a physically fit individual to perform administrative tasks, general warehouse duties, be competent driving reach trucks, as well as experienced in safely using material handling equipment. Accuracy and attention to detail is critical to being successful in this role. Reporting to the Distribution Supervisor, the Shipping and Inventory Coordinator is jointly responsible for the shipping and receiving of products including high-security and serialized materials, tracking shipments of orders, distribution of departmental mail, organization of stock, cyclic inventory counts and reconciliation of all materials, general warehouse duties, and answering client inquiries over the phone, e-mail or in person as required.
