Become an Assistant Store Manager, playing a pivotal role in operational success and customer engagement. Support your Store Manager in driving sales and leading a motivated team in a bustling retail environment. As a key player, you will assist with operational oversight, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient team management. Your tasks will include training staff, unpacking deliveries, and enforcing store policies. You’ll also step in as the Manager on Duty when required and handle performance evaluations to cultivate a high-performing team.
