Hours: 35 hours/week (option to increase to 40 hours/week)
Salary: $60,000–$65,000 at 35 hours/week

Growing quickly and looking for a highly skilled, people-focused Bookkeeping Onboarder to join our team. This role is a critical part of the client experience. You will act as the bridge between a new client signing on and their successful transition to their long-term bookkeeping service team. This is not a traditional bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical bookkeeping skills with exceptional people skills, confidence, organization, and process thinking. Add to this a focus on helping the owner with the sales and helping clients select the packages that will work best for their business. This is a bookkeeper who is extraverted, outgoing, with a flair for sales. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
