As an Integration Developer you will be a key part of the ERP and Business Systems team and will be responsible for leading integration solutions from architectural design to final handover. You will work closely with stakeholders, internal technology teams, and global vendors to co-create a scalable, resilient system landscape. You are someone who bridges the gap between complex technical logic and business value. You bring a sense of stability, empowerment, grit, and professionalism to the team, acting as a technical lighthouse for our most critical data flows.

The ERP and Business Applications department is comprised of technical professionals and subject matter experts who understand the tools that power a global premium outdoor brand. We strategically define business cases, prioritize projects, and deliver ERP and Commercial projects, ensuring that dependencies are mapped out to deliver the overall technology roadmap. Together, we manage and improve technical tools for design, finance, logistics, and global sales—supporting the "heroes" who get our gear into the hands of athletes.

Compensation
The salary range for this role is CAD$82,000–CAD$108,000 Total RewardsMost new team members join between the start and midpoint of the range, where you can contribute right away while continuing to grow your craft, your collaborations, and your impact at Arc’teryx. This range reflects market alignment and the scope of the role. Individual pay is determined by your skills, experience, and level of responsibility.
