SERVICE AREA: Early Learning & Youth Services
LOCATION: River Run Multi-Age Child Care Centre (Richmond)
START DATE: July 02, 2026
TERM/STATUS: Permanent Full Time
SCHEDULE/HRS: Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours per day // 37.5 hours per week
HOURLY WAGE: $33.77 – $38.77 as per collective agreement (*2024 rates, ratification of new collective agreement in process)
The Role:
The Program Manager works in conjunction with the Assistant Director to ensure the needs of the program, children and staffing are met. River Run is a 57 space, multi-age centre in Richmond.

Requirements / Education / Experience:
- Completion of BC Early Childhood Education Certification
- Special Needs and/or Under 3 Training is an asset
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of Manager experience at multi-age, inclusive child care programs.
- Experience with special needs functional assessment; individual and group program design, and evaluation
- Experience in the area of Behavior Management
- Experience in Team Development and Leadership
- Criminal Record Clearance
- Medical Clearance
- Valid First Aid/CPR
- Non-violent Crisis Intervention Certification (DDA will provide)
- Demonstrated competency in English written and verbal communication
- Basic computer literacy
- Eligible to work in Canada
