We are a rapidly growing and dynamic company and are seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team.We are seeking a Community Growth Strategist candidate at our headquarters in Burnaby BC location to join our growing team! This role reports to the VP of Marketing full-time permanent position with a hybrid schedule. While the position will primarily support Performance Furnishings this role will also support our other two companies Source Office Furniture and N9NE Furniture Group.
About the RoleAs Community Growth Strategist this role will build trust engagement and regional lead flow through community management reputation management and advocacy.The Community Growth Strategist drives digital engagement local market presence and brand reputation. This role builds trusted relationships with customers and partners through strategic content localized campaigns proactive reputation management and cross-functional collaboration with sales and customer success teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Community Management
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn Facebook Instagram YouTube and emerging platforms.
  • Create engaging content showcasing office transformations customer projects workspace trends product launches and company initiatives.
  • Coordinate customer testimonials case studies and project spotlights.
  • Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
  • Monitor comments messages and mentions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create authentic informative content.
Local & Regional Marketing Strategy
  • Develop regional marketing initiatives that support showroom traffic and sales growth.
  • Coordinate regional events trade shows and networking opportunities
  • Build relationships with local business associations chambers of commerce commercial real estate professionals designers and workplace consultants.
  • Manage local sponsorships and co-marketing initiatives
  • Create localized marketing assets and messaging
Online Reputation & Review Management
  • Monitor and manage reviews (Google Business Profiles Product Reviews etc.)
  • Respond professionally to positive and negative feedback
  • Escalate service issues internally
  • Implement review-generation programs
  • Track sentiment and reputation KPIs
  • Develop crisis response protocols for public issues
Brand Advocacy & Voice
  • Maintain brand voice and tone across channels
  • Train internal teams on brand and social best practices
  • Activate employee advocacy programs
  • Identify and nurture brand ambassadors (customers partners employees)
  • Ensure messaging consistency with corporate strategy
Analytics Reporting & Optimization
  • Track engagement growth and conversion metrics
  • Monitor local campaign ROI
  • Analyze reputation trends
  • Produce monthly/quarterly performance reports
  • Use insights to optimize content and campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Sales on lead nurturing and ABM
  • Work with Customer Success on retention and upsell messaging
  • Coordinate with Product/Operations on announcements
  • Support PR and Communications
  • Feed customer insights back into leadership
KPIs
  • Social engagement rates
  • Social follower growth
  • MQLs by region
  • Review rating
  • Engagement response time
  • Showroom appointment and consultation growth

QualificationsRequired
  • 3 years of experience in community marketing growth marketing digital marketing or related roles
  • Proven experience growing and engaging online communities
  • Photography video or content creation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms community platforms and audience engagement strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred
  • Experience supporting retail furniture design commercial interiors construction or B2B organizations.
  • Experience with influencer marketing ambassador programs or creator partnerships
  • Basic understanding of paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing
  • Event marketing or community event coordination experience

Job Type:Full-time PermanentSalary Range:$60000 to $70000 per yearWork Schedule:Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.This is a Canadian-based employment and it is expected that all employees maintain legal entitlement to work in Canada.
