What You’ll Do:

• Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team
• Deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient customer service

Do You Fit the Part?

• 3–5 years of auto parts retail experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Proven ability to deliver results while building a positive team culture
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple priorities at once
