  • Monitor and analyze referral volumes, territory performance and needs assessments to inform strategic decisions
  • Manage budgets, track expenses and align efforts with financial objectives
  • Stay ahead of the curve on healthcare policies, funding opportunities and trends in mental health and addiction care

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum 5 years sales or customer facing experience in healthcare sales such as pharmaceuticals, medical devices or mental health; or experience in insurance, disability management, private executive health clinics, healthcare consulting firms or treatment competitors
  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline is preferred; diplomas in health-related disciplines will also be considered
  • Demonstrated success managing accounts, handling objections, building long-term relationships, delivering excellent customer service and achieving goals
  • Deep understanding of healthcare in Canada and the access points to it; may have an established network of contacts
  • Excel at growing referrals by building meaningful, trust-based relationships and delivering consultative sales solutions
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written and presentation skills that enable you to connect with diverse healthcare professionals, even in high-pressure and formal settings
  • Confident using virtual meeting platforms, CRM systems and remote collaboration tools
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage your schedule
  • Analytical and resourceful with a keen ability to gather insights and make informed decisions
  • Eager to deepen your understanding of mental health and addiction recovery terminology and evidence-based practices
  • Respect for patient confidentiality and upholding privacy regulations with the highest level of integrity
  • Collaborative team player who works seamlessly across departments to align strategies and drive results
