Cameco Fuel Manufacturing is seeking a detailed-oriented temporary HR Services Administrator to support our Cobourg and Port Hope facilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly comfortable working with systems and data, and can manage multiple priorities independently. The temporary term is expected to be for approximately 14 months.

Position and Responsibilities

In this role you will:

  • Provide customer service to team members relating to a wide range of inquiries.
  • Assist team members with understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Initiate and process a variety of HR changes in our Success Factors system.
  • Maintain and audit HR data.
  • Perform a wide range of human resource tasks in support of Total Rewards and Payroll processes.
  • Prepare reports, track requests, and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Ensure deadlines are met while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Prepare and distribute HR related communications.
  • Maintain and create electronic forms using Microsoft Sharepoint.

Education and Qualifications

Requirements of the position:

  • Certificate/Diploma with a focus on human resources or business
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience Equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work independently
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

Asset:

  • Experience with SAP, Success Factors, and Workforce Solutions
