Job descriptionSchneider Electric is seeking a Strategic Accounts Lead to shape and win Ontario's most critical infrastructure and industrial projects.
This is a high-impact role where you will influence multi-million-dollar opportunities early, often before projects are formally defined, by engaging directly with top EPC firms and consortium partners. What You'll Do * Lead Schneider Electric's EPC engagement strategy across major Ontario projects * Build and manage relationships with senior EPC stakeholders, including executives, project directors, and engineering leaders * Engage early in project lifecycles (concept, front-end engineering design, pre-tender) to influence specifications and solution design * Identify and prioritize opportunities across infrastructure, industrial, institutional, water, and mining sectors * Develop a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and support conversion into orders * Partner with internal sales teams and business units to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions * Support complex bids, consortium opportunities, and commercial negotiations What qualifications will make you successful: * 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or major projects (EPC strongly preferred) * Deep understanding of EPC/EPCM models and project lifecycles * Track record of influencing complex, high-value opportunities * Strong executive presence and relationship-building skills * Ability to work across teams in a fast-paced, matrixed environment * Ability to travel up to 50% mainly regionally Let us learn about you!
