ABOUT THE POSITION We are currently seeking a Licensed Industrial Millwright (433A) to join a high-performance maintenance team in a modern automotive manufacturing facility. This role is focused on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex production equipment including stamping presses, robotic weld cells, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. You’ll play a key role in maximizing equipment uptime, supporting production goals, and driving continuous improvement initiatives in a lean manufacturing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES - Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production equipment - Work on high-speed automated machinery including robotic welding lines, presses, and conveyors - Perform preventative maintenance activities and support PM program improvements - Interpret and modify mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics as required - Fabricate, weld, and modify components to support equipment repairs and upgrades - Support continuous improvement initiatives including Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices QUALIFICATIONS - Valid 433A Industrial Millwright License issued by Skilled Trades Ontario (mandatory) - Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in an automotive or industrial manufacturing environment - Strong understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems troubleshooting - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics (hydraulic/pneumatic/mechanical) - Welding and fabrication skills considered an asset - Strong safety mindset, team-oriented attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Location: Milton, ON Compensation: $44–$50/hour + RRSP Program + Annual Bonus Shift: 3-Shift Rotation If you are interested in learning more about the Electrician job opportunity please submit your updated resume to jen@itecgroup.ca We are recruitment industry leaders committed to quality service, integrity, respect and equal opportunity.
