Job description
Adjoint(e) administratif(ve) Relevant du directeur, l’adjoint(e) administratif(ve) joue un rôle central dans la coordination, la planification et le suivi des activités de plusieurs départements. Il/elle contribue activement à l’efficacité quotidienne du bureau et au bon fonctionnement des opérations internes. Responsabilités principales - Gestion administrative — Réservations diverses, approvisionnement en papeterie, cartes d’affaires, café et autres besoins courants. - Gestion des données ERP et mise à jour des informations. - Organisation des déplacements — Réservation des voyages et coordination logistique. - Supervision du bureau — Maintien d’un environnement de travail fonctionnel et ordonné. - Achats administratifs — Suivi, commandes et optimisation des processus. - Traitement des demandes des cadres — Notamment la gestion des relevés et notes de frais. - Gestion documentaire — Création de procédures, tutoriels et organisation des dossiers. - Soutien marketing — Réservations de foires, communications et tâches connexes. - Ouverture et fermeture de projets dans les systèmes internes. - Classement et organisation des documents physiques et numériques. - Gestion des appels — Réception, tri et transfert aux bonnes personnes. - Entretien de l’équipement de bureau — Coordination des réparations et du bon fonctionnement des appareils. - Tâches comptables de base — Suivi des dépenses, notes de frais, commandes et autres. - Référence interne — Soutien aux employés concernant les politiques et procédures. - Production de documents avec la suite Office 365. - Soutien aux finances et aux approvisionnements. - Participation à des projets spéciaux selon les besoins organisationnels.+ Compétences recherchées - Formation en administration ou domaine connexe. - 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire. - Attitude positive et sens du service. - Maîtrise de Microsoft Office. - Excellente communication en français et en anglais. - Service à la clientèle irréprochable. - Rigueur et sens du détail. - Organisation et gestion du temps exemplaires. - Fiabilité et sens des responsabilités.
