The role includes supporting local operations as well as providing remote assistance to other locations. The candidate will ensure smooth functioning of network connectivity, CCTV systems, and basic security infrastructure while coordinating with vendors and internal teams when required. Key Responsibilities: •Provide onsite IT support for systems, network infrastructure, and end users at the U.S. location. •Deliver remote/online IT support to other locations as required. •Troubleshoot and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring proper operation of cameras and related equipment. •Perform basic troubleshooting of Ethernet/LAN connectivity and wiring issues. •Assist with the installation, configuration, and basic management of network switches. •Understand and implement basic network topologies. •Monitor and maintain network connectivity, coordinating with vendors for issue resolution when necessary. •Support the installation and maintenance of biometric devices and other IT equipment. •Maintain documentation for network setups, troubleshooting procedures, and IT assets. •Coordinate with the central IT team on system upgrades, security updates, and infrastructure improvements. •Provide application software support; training will be provided for basic support requirements. •Ensure U.S. time-zone coverage so issues are addressed in real time without delays caused by regional working hours. Required Skills: •Basic knowledge of firewall concepts and network security. •Understanding of LAN/WAN networking fundamentals. •Basic knowledge of network switches and connectivity troubleshooting. •Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance troubleshooting. •Ability to diagnose Ethernet/LAN wiring and connectivity issues. •Knowledge of basic network topologies (star, mesh, bus, etc.). •Good problem-solving and communication skills. •Ability to provide remote support using standard IT support tools. Experience Required: •2+ years of experience in IT support, network support, or system administration. •Experience working with network infrastructure, CCTV systems, and end-user support. •Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
