Job description
We are looking for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our busy litigation team. The ideal candidate will have trial experience and be comfortable working in a team environment. This is an in-office position located in Kamloops, BC. Candidates should demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional client service through thoughtful, strategic, and effective legal solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to become actively engaged in the community for both personal and professional development. The successful candidate will be committed to building a strong referral network and contributing to the generation of new clients and revenue opportunities. What you can expect: As a vital member of our growing Litigation Practice Group, you will contribute to the continued expansion and success of a team led by a dedicated practice group leader. Our group operates with a coordinated approach to practice management and strategic growth, ensuring that every lawyer is supported and positioned for long‑term success. You will join a highly collegial and collaborative environment, where both formal and informal mentorship relationships are integral to our culture. Our firm conducts annual performance reviews and maintains an Associate Committee that hosts monthly roundtable lunches, providing associates with meaningful opportunities to stay informed about firm operations and to engage directly with leadership.
