Our client, a critical energy logistics organization, is seeking an Integrity Program Coordinator / Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be supporting Integrity Management and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Integrity Program Coordinator / Specialist
Location: British Columbia, Alberta, or Ontario (hybrid / site-based as required)
Pay Range: $115,000 – $180,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
What’s the Job?
- Coordinate and support integrity management activities for pipeline and facility assets, ensuring programs are executed efficiently and safely.
- Organize and track third-party inspections, field assessments, and follow-up actions related to integrity and risk mitigation.
- Maintain integrity documentation, records, and data repositories to support regulatory compliance and internal reporting.
- Support vegetation management, right-of-way activities, and post-weather event inspections in coordination with internal and external teams.
- Assist with reporting, presentations, and analysis by preparing spreadsheets, dashboards, and integrity-related materials.
What’s Needed? - Technical diploma, professional engineering designation, or a combination of education and 5 – 10 years’ minimum of relevant industry experience.
- Experience supporting integrity, operations, or asset management programs within a regulated or infrastructure environment.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfort working with shared systems and databases.
- Ability to manage confidential information while working independently and exercising sound professional judgment.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
