You’re not just changing oil; you’re the doctor giving a car its health checkup. Here’s the main energy you bring every shift:
The Core Basics: Knock out oil, lube, and filter changes with accuracy and speed.
The Full Health Check: Run multi-point inspections on batteries, tires, lights, and fluids. Catch hidden issues before they turn into major breakdowns.
Keep It Clean: Treat every customer’s ride like it’s your own - zero grease stains, zero messy footprints left behind.
Tool Pride: Operate equipment like a pro, maintain shop gear, and build out your own technician tool collection.
🎯 What We’re Looking For
No need for 10+ years of master mechanic experience - we care way more about drive, curiosity, and reliability.
Good Vibes Only: You bring a team-first attitude and aren't afraid to step in and help a coworker when the shop gets busy.
Detail Oriented: You document your work properly and care about doing the job right the first time.
Must-Haves: A valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record (you'll be moving vehicles around the lot).
