Pacific Cove Properties is a BC-owned and operated property management company providing rental accommodation to almost 3,000 families and individuals in communities throughout British Columbia, including Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, and the Okanagan.
About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth and evolving operational needs across our Vancouver Island portfolio, Pacific Cove Properties is seeking experienced property management professionals who are passionate about residential operations, leadership, and delivering strong resident experiences.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with experience in residential property management, leasing, or multi-family operations who thrive in team-oriented environments and enjoy supporting the day-to-day success of residential communities.
Opportunities may arise across a variety of residential operations functions, including Property Management, Leasing, Resident Management, and broader multi-family operations support.
Our teams play a key role in maintaining well-run communities, supporting operational excellence, and fostering positive living environments across the portfolio.
