🔎 Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced, research-oriented Canada Immigration Specialist / Case Worker to lead and supervise immigration case documentation and client communication.
Candidates with backgrounds in immigration, underwriting, legal/paralegal, documentation, compliance, or case management are encouraged to apply.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
• Review and supervise all aspects of immigration casework and documentation
• Standardize emails, forms, SOPs, Letters of Recommendation, representation letters, and internal communication
• Provide strategic guidance to clients in drafting strong SOPs and recommendation letters for Canadian study visa applications
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate messaging and documentation
• Conduct regular training and review meetings with the team
• Ensure timely and accurate document submissions while managing deadlines
• Handle high-volume client queries professionally and efficiently
• Identify opportunities for business diversification and contribute to strategic planning with stakeholders
✅ Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in documentation, immigration, legal/paralegal, underwriting, or related fields
• Exceptional writing and communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging for diverse audiences
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Excellent organizational and computer skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude toward work and new initiatives
• Must be based in or willing to work from Brampton, Canada (Onsite)
• 5-day work week | Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• 1st and 3rd Saturday working
