What youll be doing:
Bicycle Mastery: You are the "Bike Whisperer." From hydraulic bleeding and wheel truing to hub/headset overhauls and precision derailleur tuning, you handle it all.
The Seasonal Pivot: You keep the seasons shifting smoothly, sharpening skates for the local rink and waxing skis/boards for the slopes.
Operational Excellence: Youll manage product reception, maintain a workspace that would make a pro mechanic proud, and keep an eye on market trends to ensure your department stays ahead of the curve.
