Position Summary:
• Lead daily plant operations to drive productivity, efficiency, and quality performance
• Oversee production scheduling, workflow coordination, and overall operational performance
• Mentor and develop supervisors and production teams while promoting a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Monitor KPIs, downtime, and operational costs to identify efficiencies and improve plant performance
• Collaborate with maintenance and cross-functional teams to support equipment reliability and operational success
• Support budgeting, labour planning, inventory coordination, and process improvement initiatives while proactively resolving production challenges
Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment
• 3+ years in a senior management role
• Previous experience managing plant, production, or manufacturing operations
• Strong understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes, and operational workflows
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or operational efficiency initiatives considered an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting systems

• Background in process optimization or operational scaling
• Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of production equipment
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, environmental science or related field
