Job description
Drive financial success as a Director in Commercial Banking at National Bank. Focus on client portfolio growth and in-depth financial strategy implementation in the Hamilton area.
As Director, you will be responsible for nurturing and expanding your portfolio of business clients. Your expertise in sales, business development, and financial advisory will help clients achieve their objectives using National Bank’s extensive range of products. You will collaborate cross-departmentally to ensure an integrated approach to client needs while negotiating agreements that align with risk management standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop business strategies to attract new commercial clients • Optimize financial offerings to adapt to client needs • Negotiate client agreements while ensuring profitability • Assist in reaching regional business objectives • Participate in networking and promotional activities
Requirements: • Minimum 5 to 9 years of relevant financial experience • Proven experience in commercial credit • Expertise in financial statement analysis • Strong local professional network connections • Academic qualifications in finance or related field
